1.Eligibility for Returns
a)You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
b)The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
a)To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@nasbroyalfashioncollections.com with your order number and reason for return.
b)We will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refund Process
a)Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
b)Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the above process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
*If the product that the customer wants in exchange is not available at that time he/she will not claim for the exchange of that product. Customer only can return that product.
